Deposits start at $1800 for a 1-bedroom, $2000 for a 2-bedroom, $3000 for a 2 or 3-bedroom townhome.

One-time fee: $400 for first pet, $200 for second pet

Pet Rent: $20 per pet, per month

We accept a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. No weight limit, but breed restrictions do apply. A pet picture and rabies vaccination report are required prior to move-in.

Building One - 1 reserved space per unit; Additional parking space is $50/month. Maximum 2 parking spaces.

Building Two – 1 reserved space per unit

Yes, smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of our property buildings.
